What is a Business Partner?
A Business Partner is a business, non-profit organization or church
that supports WNBV 88.1 FM financially on a short or long-term
basis.
What do I receive as a result of my support of
WNBV 88.1 FM?
WNBV 88.1 FM Business Partners receive announcements on the radio as
a result of their support. The number of announcements is dependant
on the level of contribution and the length of the agreement. These
benefits are available for non-profit organizations and commercial
businesses alike. Business Partners agreeing to support WNBV 88.1 FM
for 6-months or longer receive space on the Underwriter section of
this website, where we list contact information and provide a
graphic link to the supporter's website, if applicable.
What's the main difference between
supporting WNBV 88.1 FM, a non-profit organization vs. a commercial
radio station?
The wording of the announcements you receive as a result of your
support. The FCC regulates what non-commercial radio stations can
say about commercial businesses in their announcements. Over the
years, we have become experts on how to write non-profit radio

ours. Tax-exempt, 501 (c) (3), non-profit organizations (churches,

WHO WE
ARE: WNBV 88.1 FM is a listener-supported, Popular Country Christian
music station serving Buchanan County
Virginia. WNBV 88.1 FM is a non-profit, non-denominational
organization known as New Beginning World Outreach. Our home office
located in Bishop, Virginia.
PURPOSE: To honor God in all we do. By His grace, we use media technology to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Christian music and relevant programming to encourage a lifestyle of worship, fellowship, good works and spiritual growth.
WE BELIEVE: We believe there is one God who became virgin-born humanity to provide the exclusive means of restored fellowship between God and us. One day, Jesus will return to take his believers home to dwell with him for eternity.
REAL MINISTRY! More than just entertainment or background music, WNBV 88.1 FM is a common bond for the body of Christ... a place of prayer and a place for praise.
